“Drawing” USA. Texas. Cedar Park. 2016.
こんばんは!Good evening! How was your Sunday? Mine was great!
Today I woke up early, made some coffee, and started working on a little drawing on the computer while everyone else was still asleep. It was a lot of fun! It brought back so many memories of using my old Wacom Art Z II tablet. The picture I am working on is kind of a funeral scene in the winter snow… a little morose I guess, but it just turned out that way. I am re-learning how to use the tools and trying to improve my drawing skills. And of course, practice is important with everything! I’m not sure how far I will take this particular image, but it’s a start at least. So nice to get back into this kind of art!

You know, I have been into photography now for a long time and I haven’t really done any other art since my 20s. I guess my interests changed over time, but it’s funny… it can change again. Maybe I will do more computer art! It’s a lot of fun and there is a lot of freedom in it… much more than photography. I wonder as I do more drawing and painting with the computer, what my thoughts will be… how will it be different now that I am in my forties as opposed to when I was in my twenties. I’m excited to find out! (And how will I think about photography in my 60s? and so on…) ❓
Well, it’s time to get some rest so that I can have a good Monday. I hope you have a nice day!
