Today was a rainy ☔, foggy day and I guess we’re finally into Autumn here. Just today, Mariko asked me when I am going to make turkey! 🍗 We’ll be traveling during Thanksgiving week, so I’ll probably make an early turkey for us. Now that I am thinking about it, perhaps this weekend is the right time! We’ll see. 🍴
Hmmm, not sure what to blog about today. I guess the U.S. election is on my mind. 🇺🇸 I already voted a couple of weeks ago, so I don’t need to wait in the voting lines tomorrow. But it’ll be interesting to see how the election turns out. I’ve actually enjoyed this election season because it was so entertaining, although for not-so-great reasons. Just the amount of “plot twists” was unbelievable. I’m sure it is something that we’ll remember for a long time. 😱
In other news, I’m eagerly awaiting the 2017 baseball season. ⚾️ I think the Dodgers will do well again, and maybe they will have a stronger pitching staff that can carry them farther in the playoffs. I can dream, at least. But heck, if the Cubs can win the World Series, anything is possible. 😄
Sorry today’s post is a bit of a ramble, but some days it’s like that. 😜
