Today Mariko had two friends over to teach them how to make Chinese bao buns. My task was to grill the chicken that would be used as one of the proteins in the dish. I was of course happy to do so! The photo above is the vegan version, which uses tofu in a sweet teriyaki-style sauce. It’s also delicious.
