“Chili Gohan” Cedar Park, 2022
It’s not the prettiest photo, but this batch of chili turned out great! I probably bumped all spices (except salt) up 25% and I liked the results. One other adjustment is that I did not add as many peppers as I usually do since I know many of the people who will be eating do not like super-spicy foods like I do. So, I just added a single jalapeño to the mix, instead of the usual combination of jalapeño, serrano, and habañero.
But the chili was a hit! I am happy. 😄
