“BBQ” Austin, 2025
We took our houseguests to Rudy’s this evening for some BBQ. While it may not be as celebrated as Austin’s barbecue giants like Franklin, Interstellar, or Blacks, Rudy’s delivers consistently solid BBQ, and the best part? No waiting! The fatty brisket, baby-back ribs, and jalapeño sausage were a hit with everyone. 😛
