We had a small Thanksgiving dinner tonight for five people. This year’s turkey was slow-roasted and turned out pretty good! It seems like every year I try something different. 😁 As usual, my favorite dish was the oyster dressing. That, with some gravy on top, is so good!

One of the perks of working in the office is easy access to the coffee machine. Actually, we have a coffee machine at home too, but it’s not as fancy as the one at the office. Our home espresso machine, which grinds whole beans for each cup, is far superior to the pods in the office. All that being said, I guess the office coffee machine isn’t really a perk.
With the days getting cooler, a steaming hot bowl of delicious cioppino was the perfect comfort food tonight!
Our bottle of Waikulu agave spirits made it home safely. I cannot wait to crack it open and start some serious sipping!
