My son made a delicious pasta dish with salmon tonight. It was so satisfying! The lemon pasta from Trader Joe’s is so good. I’m not a huge pasta fan, but I love this one.
We defrosted the last of the batch of chili I made the other day and enjoyed a yummy chili-gohan. Hard to beat!
I broke my old Hario decanter the other day, so I ordered a new Hario V60 Pour Over Starter Set. It’s such a nice size, and even comes with a pack of filters. It’s cute too! I love it.
I made Mabo Tofu following the recipe at Just One Cookbook, and it turned out great! Koa said it was yummy and asked how difficult it was to make. I think that means it’s a candidate for his meal prep dishes!
I’ve been enjoying the chili I made the other day by putting it on rice, then topping with cheese and egg. So good.
