Today’s ramyun was topped with green onion and Muenster cheese, and it was absolutely delicious! The cheese didn’t fully melt like American cheese, nor did it cling to everything like mozzarella – it was a very nice balance. And beneath all that cheesy goodness? A hidden egg. Yum!
Ah, pizza nights are always good! Tonights was sausage, onion, and basil on a wheat crust.
I stopped by our local pet supply store to pick up some food for our cats and came across these two adorable cuties waiting for new homes. So precious!
The snow has finally arrived, bringing about half an inch of beautiful white cover! It’s not much, but it’s lovely to see. It should stick around for at least a few hours, maybe longer. Looks like Texas is finally getting a proper taste of winter!
I kept up my quirky tradition of riding my motorcycle when the temperature dips below freezing. It’s such a ridiculous thing to do, but still a lot of fun! Kiki’s heated handgrips seem like they’d be amazing, but they’re just okay. They keep your palms warm and toasty, but the rest of your body – and even the backs of your hands – stays frozen. 🥶
