“Fresh from the Oven” Cedar Park, 2024
Tonight’s pizza: pepperoni, olive, onion, tomato, and basil. So Yum!

We ate a lot of pizza in 2023, but this one is the last for the year: a pepperoni, onion, olive, and Thai chili pizza. Homemade dough from Mariko’s recipe, and homemade sauce made by me. Mariko was preparing our Osechi all day so I made (mostly) the pizza tonight. It was pretty good. Mainly because of the dough of course. 😀
We made two pizzas tonight – a sardine, olive, onion, and Thai chili pepper pizza, and a pepperoni, olive, onion, and jalapeño pizza. Both were excellent, but I think tonight I preferred the sardine pizza. The fish and cheese were the perfect combination!
My son and his girlfriend made some deliciously spooky pizzas for Halloween, including black cat, skeleton, and zombie pizzas. They used my wife’s easy one-bowl pizza dough recipe, which made the process even more fun. Yummmm!
